Once your clients logon to your companies portal, they can log a query related to their account or property. All query statuses can be tracked and resolved through the admin portal that only people within your company has access to, once a query is logged various communication is sent from the system to notify you of the query.
All queries are audited and a full log is available to you at any time.
Uploaded documents are stored for a period of 5 years thus eliminating calls from clients requesting historical documentation. These documents may include financial, marketing, informational or any other documentation generated from any software system.
